Rental Terms & Conditions
- Driving License: Renters must possess a valid driving license that is at least 3 years old. A photocopy of the license must be submitted at the time of booking.
- Rental Duration & Charges: Rates are calculated on a calendar day basis. Additional hour charges will apply for up to 3 extra hours; beyond that, a full-day rate will be charged.
- Fuel Policy: Fuel expenses are to be borne by the renter.
- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required at the time of rental. For higher-end models, the deposit amount may vary. Any damage, scratches, or loss of accessories will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
- Mileage Limit: A limit of 150 kilometers is allowed per calendar day. Additional usage may incur extra charges.
- GST & Taxes: GST is applicable on the total bill as per government norms. Any revisions in tax rates will be applied accordingly.
- Accident & Repairs:
- In case of a major accident, the renter will be responsible for repair costs and garage downtime.
- All repairs—minor or major—will be done only through authorized dealers.
- The renter will bear the cost of any damage, whether due to accident or negligence.
- Vehicle Cleanliness: If the vehicle is returned in an unclean condition, a cleaning fee of ₹200 will be charged.
